Women's Bible Study and Book Groups
Tuesday mornings ~ All women are invited to this weekly opportunity, which meets at Resurrection. The group selects a Bible study or topical book to read together. Each weekly gathering begins at 9:30 a.m. with coffee, treats, and fellowship, followed by a discussion of the assigned reading for that week. The women move into two groups after fellowship time each week; one group will read and discuss John F. MacArthur's Twelve Ordinary Men, while the other group will study the book of Ephesians, using the book Practice Resurrection by Eugene Peterson. Contact person is Diana Cammack. The first meeting will be Tuesday, January 10. Visitors are welcome any time.
Wednesday evenings ~ Similar to the Tuesday morning format, this group meets offsite, in member homes. This winter, the group will be reading and discussing Bad Girls of the Bible by Liz Curtis Higgs. The first gathering will be January 11, but new members are welcome any time. Contact person is Terri Nelson.
